8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
2 tablespoons Chives chopped
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
¼ teaspoon White Pepper ground
4 ounces Smoked Salmon chopped
Salt to taste
⅓ cup Everything Seasoning

Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.
Add the chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
Taste and add salt, if needed.
Use a cookie scoop to measure out bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
Place the everything seasoning onto a plate.
One at a time, quickly roll the fat bombs into a round shape, then roll into the seasoning mix. Gently roll in your hands to stick the seasoning onto the balls.
